Job Description

Role responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with head office and other stores as necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in the apparel industry.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Certification in Retail Management is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the apparel industry.
