Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Manage branch operations efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
· Drive outdoor sales initiatives to achieve sales targets for the branch.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Gypsum Boards, Cement Boards, Ceiling Tiles, Dry Wall Partition Systems, and other building materials.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
· Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
· Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
· Create new customer data base: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company, Extend after sales service/support existing customers.
