Job Description

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for survey-related engineering works.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Liaise with clients consultants and contractors for pre-qualification tendering and project development stages.
- Lead site assessments and evaluations ensuring readiness for survey deployment.
- Supervise the deployment and operation of survey equipment ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Manage client acquisition activities develop relationships and represent the company in meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate internally with technical teams to ensure estimates reflect practical execution requirements.
- Provide support in spatial data analysis planning and resource estimation for LiDAR GPR and 3D scanning projects.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey technologies methods and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 7 years of proven experience in project engineering preferably in the surveying or geospatial sector.
- Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Strong background in surveying equipment and technologies.
- Experience in pre-qualification processes and dealing with clients and consultants.
- Proven ability in client acquisition and business development.
- Hands-on knowledge of 3D Laser Scanning LiDAR GPR Spatial Analysis and Topographic Surveys.
- Valid UAE Driver s License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication in English negotiation and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related industrial required standard tools/software.
