Bike Messenger

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Bike Messenger. As a Bike Messenger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that packages and documents are delivered efficiently and on time. This job requires excellent physical fitness, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate through the city streets with ease.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort packages and documents for delivery.
• Communicate delivery schedules and any delays to customers.
• Safely ride a bike to deliver packages and documents to various locations.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery receipts, when necessary.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while riding.
• Keep accurate records of all deliveries made.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate through city streets and find locations efficiently.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages.
• Possess a bike in good working condition.
• Knowledge of local road regulations and traffic patterns.
