Full job description Knows how to make 3D figures with fondant and gum paste. to be thorough and pay attention to detail. Have wide knowledge about cake decorations including edible flowers & characters. Will be able to introduce new ways to make production more efficient and up to date knowledge of food production methods. the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. the ability to use your initiative. providing suitable recommendations on cake decorations and designs
