Project Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Architecture
• Entry level to 3 years of experience working for an Architectural firm, preferably retail or other commercial experience.
• Proficiency in Revit (experience or formal training.
• Rendering or Photoshop experience is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and strong communicator.

• Company has been in business for 95 years, has a great reputation, with a lot of large nationwide repeat customers and referrals.
• They will be part of a company with 110 employees, including 60 architects, 15 of which are licensed, in 6 offices across the country.
• They have a clear path to ownership, with an associates program, which develops leaders in the company to become Principal owners.
• This office was established in the last 2 years, with an already established portfolio of business, so this person would have the opportunity to come in on the ground floor, help grow the operation, and quickly advance their career as the office grows.
• Their work environment is relaxed, flexible and employee friendly. The culture is that of a small company, with little to know red tape or drama that comes with working for a large firm. Small firm experience, with the backing of a 95 year old 110 person company.
• All hires in this new office will receive brand new equipment and technology
• This person will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from concept to completion, including CDs, CA, client relations, working with consulting engineers, etc.
• The Principal has very diverse experience and a passion for developing new architects. They provide the mentorship and materials needed to help their employees obtain their license.
• This position pays time and a half for overtime, 6 paid holidays, and 80 hours of PTO accrued per annum
• They pay discretionary bonuses in summer/winter based on company performance.
