Job Description

Develop and utilize diverse teaching methods and instructional materials to engage students and enhance understanding.

Inspire students to explore their talents fostering a love for learning and creativity.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the Early Years curriculum to align with educational standards and goals.

Provide constructive guidance and support to students in their endeavors.

Offer enrichment activities and challenges for highachieving students.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in English or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Teaching Diploma/PGCE and relevant experience in teaching Foundation Phase or Early Childhood is an advantage.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing students growth.

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

IELTS 6.0 and above for nonnative English teachers.
