Growth Management Consultant

Our client a government entity is dedicated to driving sustainable growth and innovation within their UAEs operation and potentially globally. They focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations to serve their community and stakeholders better. To attain this continuous growth they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Management Consultant with a strong background in energy and power projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable management consulting firm. While UAE/GCC experience is preferred they are open to considering candidates from outside the region who bring valuable insights and expertise.

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the energy and power sectors within the government entity.
  
• Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Create and manage detailed project plans ensuring timely and successful execution.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize operational processes.
  
• Provide expert advice on policy development regulatory compliance and strategic planning.
  
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies making adjustments as necessary.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a growth management consultant role with a reputable management consulting firm.
  
• Proven track record in handling energy and powerrelated projects.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• UAE/GCC experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  

• Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  
• Indepth knowledge of the energy and power sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of market dynamics regulatory environments and business strategy.
  
• High level of professionalism and commitment to excellence.
