Job Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a superior customer experience.
Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development team to plan product ranges, prepare sales strategies, and manage stock levels based on seasonal forecasts.
Gather customer feedback on products, communicate insights to Management and the Marketing department to optimize offerings.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock distribution, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries while handling necessary paperwork efficiently.
