We are looking to hire an Area Manager in Dubai (UAE) to join the team that redefines fast delivery and help us build and grow this new service for our customers. This is your chance to make history. Key job responsibilities
As a key link between onground operations and Last Mile stakeholders teams you will help to drive innovation test new ideas and ensure that best practice is being followed.
1. Six key areas that youll always focus on include Safety People Quality and Customer Experience Productivity Costs and Environment.
2. You will be expected to identify and share a bestinclass process across each of these pillars and raise the bar on customer experience. As a frontline leader you will be a main point of contact for Amazon ground operations Program manager and DSP Partners requiring excellent soft skills. Through these relationships you will invent new strategies that will help improve our DA customer and delivery experience.
3. Due to the fastpaced nature of this business segment it is expected that you will be able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment communicating and interacting with your direct manager on a daily basis.
4. You are expected to be a subject matter expert on all Last Mile processes executing and tracking towards program KPI goals.
