Job Description
A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager. The selected candidate will develop marketing strategies, lead sales teams, and oversee omnichannel strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies based on market research and data
- Manage staff development, budgeting, and cost control in sales and marketing
- Implement omnichannel strategies for broader audience engagement
- Update promotional materials for products
- Supervise and lead the sales team, monitoring their performance
- Provide ongoing training to ensure the sales team's product knowledge is up-to-date
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in a commercial position in pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial activities
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills
