Position Duration: This is a contractual role for a period of 2 months which might be extended based on business requirements and performance of the agents
The Role
We are seeking motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Provide technical support for productrelated issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
Handle customer orders process payments and ensure accurate data entry.
Deliver accurate information regarding products services policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly escalating complex cases to higher levels when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time customer satisfaction scores and sales targets.
Follow company policies procedures and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.
