Job Description
- Design and implement innovative CRM strategies aligning with business objectives, enhancing engagement, and optimizing lifecycle management for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Oversee the management and operational performance of the CRM platform, ensuring effective campaign management, data integration, and utilization of analytics for strategic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business analytics, and product, to integrate CRM strategies with broader company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all CRM activities.
- Develop segmented marketing strategies to address different customer demographics and verticals, utilizing a deep understanding of customer behavior to deliver personalized experiences.
- Implement campaigns working closely with the content team and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign performance, including continuous experimentation and analyzing consumer data and campaign performance to optimize future CRM initiatives.
- Report regularly on CRM channel updates and insights, using data to drive decisions and adapt strategies to market trends and company goals.
