Job Description
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components for offshore platforms and associated facilities.
- Perform technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost estimation for electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the design and execution phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems with overall project objectives.
- Conduct and review electrical calculations, including load analysis, short circuit studies, and coordination studies.
- Prepare specifications, datasheets, and other technical documentation for procurement of electrical equipment.
- Support commissioning and startup activities, including troubleshooting and resolution of electrical system issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
