Business AnalystProduct Manager

We're seeking an exceptional BA/PM to join our team at Bybit in our Global HQ in Dubai.

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.

This is a role for Bybit Card; hence experience with Card, is a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with operations, marketing, compliance, and other business stakeholders to understand their requirements on the product, help them to formulate Business Requirement Documents.
• Own a part of the product: geography and/or functional area. Exact area of responsibility will shift depending on the competencies of the candidate and workload of other team members. Conduct market / competitive analysis for those areas, analyse feedback from users. Come up with product roadmap items that align with OKR and gathered feedback to ensure product ongoing success. Write BRDs and present them to the broader team for inclusion into the roadmap.
• Translate requirements from BRDs into PRDs for the tech/dev teams to implement. Work diligently with tech/dev teams to ensure they understand PRD, and the TRDs / solutions they create satisfy the business objectives. Perform oversight of the development and testing work to achieve the business objectives stated in the BRD.
  
  

Key requirements:

• Bilingual - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must as you will have to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Exposure to payment card issuing, preferably Visa/Mastercard, and in fintech environment
• Experience in performing business analysis tasks. Product management experience is a plus.
