Track and manage the company’s inventory. This includes maintaining inventory records, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling inventory records to physical counts as per the company procedures and systems.
Ensure that inventory levels are accurate. This includes identifying and correcting inventory errors.
Properly account for inventory. This includes ensuring that inventory is properly classified and valued, and that inventory transactions are recorded .
Minimize inventory costs. This includes identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and inventory optimization.
Other duties as assigned. This may include a variety of other tasks related to inventory management, such as :
Preparing reports
Providing support to other departments
Managing the inventory’s security.
Managing the maintenance for inventory and communicating with the suppliers and Service Providers
Management and controlling the Inventory’s Staff.
Managing the Transportation related to the inventory.
Be ready for any Emergency Cases/Enquiries 7 days a week.
