Head Of Media Relations - Crypto Blockchain

Key Responsibilities :

• Working cross functionally to develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned to the companys mission pillars and values ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Managing a team of communication specialists fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with Top Tier 1 media outlets journalists and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all responses to external PR and Media.
• Overseeing the companys brand identity ensuring brand consistency in all communications and collateral materials.
• Leading the creation of compelling content for various platforms including internal platforms press releases website copy and social media posts
• Developing and implement strategies to enhance internal communication opportunities keeping employees informed and engaged with the companys mission pillars and values
• Planning and executing PR campaigns to promote the companys initiatives events and achievements leveraging both traditional and digital media channels.
• Supporting the Director of Communication and Engagement with managing crises and sensitive issues

Requirements:

• A strong network of media contacts and proven ability to build relationships with Tier 1 media outlets.
• 8 years experience in Public Relations preferably with at least 3 years working directly in the crypto or blockchain industry
• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing PR and communications strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage crises and respond to media inquiries effectively
• Experience in supporting brand partnerships and activations
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Works well in a fastpaced environment and can prioritize and work well under pressure
  
• Dealing with Top Tier 1 Media Outlets is a must for this role. Must come from the Crypto & Blockchain space.
