Warehouse Staff

We are seeking diligent and organized Warehouse Staff to join our team in the UAE. Warehouse Staff will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock picking and filling orders packing and shipping orders and managing inventory. The ideal candidates will be reliable detailoriented and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving: Unload inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices to ensure accuracy.Storage: Properly store goods in designated areas ensuring items are organized and accessible.Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on order specifications and prepare them for packing.Packing: Pack items securely for shipment ensuring that all necessary documentation is included.Shipping: Prepare and label shipments coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure timely dispatch of orders.Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damages ensuring only highquality items are sent out.Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and standards.Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.Reporting: Report any discrepancies damages or inventory shortages to the warehouse supervisor.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and basic computer literacy.Physical Requirements: Physically fit able to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require standing bending and walking for long periods.Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.Working ConditionsEnvironment: Work in a warehouse setting which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.Hours: Flexible working hours including potential for shift work evenings weekends and holidays.Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth and dental insurancePaid time offTraining and development opportunitiesTransportation allowances
