Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
