Ads Sales Manager

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Drive performance and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and pitching to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet client objectives.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are met.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in advertising and media sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of advertising media channels, including digital, print, television, radio, and out-of-home.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
