Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle various customer interactions efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media in a timely and professional manner.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues complaints and concerns escalating to higher management when necessary.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and processing returns or exchanges.Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to help improve products and services.Followup: Conduct followup calls or emails to ensure customer issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales marketing and technical support to provide comprehensive customer support.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.Work Ethic: Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.Working ConditionsEnvironment: Work in an office setting with the possibility of remote work depending on company policies.Hours: Flexible working hours including the potential for evenings weekends and holidays as required.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth and dental insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career advancementTraining and development programs
