Key Responsibilities:

• EHS Policy Development: Develop implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local national and international regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Training and Education: Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
• Incident Management: Lead investigations of EHS incidents accidents and nearmisses. Prepare reports and recommend measures to prevent reoccurrences.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with EHS regulations and ensure company compliance. Liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary.
• Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Coordinate drills and ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of EHS activities incidents and compliance efforts. Prepare regular reports for management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving EHS performance and implement initiatives to achieve better safety standards.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Support environmental sustainability projects and initiatives within the organization.
