Ensure that cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors are in compliance with all AMA standards, including QHSE
and OSH Policy, and client requests.
Address quality issues to consistently enhance the level of service being provided to customers.
Monitor staff productivity to ensure maximizing resources, thus minimizing costs.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure identification of root cause to formulate accurate and effective corrective/preventive action plan. Reports any issue on the vehicle/s to the Line Manager.
Oversees the operation in terms of product usage and making sure that procedures are properly followed.
Training new employees and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
