Job Description

The Role
Position Title: Mall Operations & Leasing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai UAE About the Client: A wellknown and distinct mall in Motor City. Job Description: Oversee all aspects of mall management. Develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants suppliers and contractors. Resolves complaints and demands of tenants within the legal and contractual obligations. Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant facilities management and service providers and follow up on quality and execution.

Requirements
Qualifications: 40 years old and below At least 7 years of relevant experience in mall management. Must have bachelors degree in related field.
