What You Will Do

  • Assist Restaurant management in running restaurant operations smoothly and meeting guest satisfaction.
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for lunch, or dinner.
  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What You Will Bring

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in Supervisory role is required.
  • Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
  • Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
  • Complain handling skills and eye for details.
