- Proven experience (6 years) in facility maintenance management, with a focus on civil infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and grounds maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office applications.
