Roles & Responsibilities
• Manages the distribution of the assignment and calls to the technician and engineers.
• Manages own and others workload; diagnoses and fix complex issues of end user systems
• Monitors customer calls, clearly specifying progress and resolution details.
• Maintain accurate project records; monitor the performance of equipment and notify engineers of recurring problems.
• Review the contract terms, scope of work in detail against proposal and contract.
• Review individual project expenditure are within the budget and confirm all the invoices are submitted on time.
• Attends client meetings to discussion on PPM updates, KPI implementation and any escalations.
• Provides training, develops skills, deepens learning, and improves performance of team and peers
