Club Priv by Rixos Saadiyat Island a luxurious haven for VIP guests is seeking a dedicated and experienced Russian Speaker female Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage the restaurant operations seamlessly ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our highprofile guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring efficient and highquality service.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and strive for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Benefits
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. Language: Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is a must. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred. Attributes: Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
