Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Mother Hub and Line Haul, Last Mile Operations.
- Accountable for overall Cost planning for Mother Hub, Line Haul and Last Mile operations.
- Work closely with FC, FM & LM operation teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution network.
- Define track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region.
- Build a culture of ownership and empowerment in MHs in that region.
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business Process Innovation.
- Financial budgeting & execution.
- Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
- Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the warehouses in his region.
