Roles & Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for properties within the portfolio.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Manage relationships with external service providers, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure quality and timely completion.
· Monitor and track maintenance expenses, review invoices, and reconcile billing discrepancies as needed.
