Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Butchery sections in all retail stores. In addition you will:
Evaluate the financial aspects of product, such as budgets, expenditures, and profit-loss projections.
Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of meat products, and monitoring market trends.
Analyze monthly section budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
Manage and track inventory records to estimate gross monthly profits as per company guidelines.
Execute localized merchandising plans and follow company plans to ensure Butchery Section achieves profits.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards mandated by EHS.
