Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and articulate product vision strategy and roadmap based on market analysis customer insights and business goals.
2. Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback to identify market opportunities trends and user needs.
3. Define product requirements features and functionality in collaboration with stakeholders including engineering design marketing and sales teams.
4. Prioritize and manage product backlog epics and user stories based on business value technical feasibility and customer impact.
5. Lead crossfunctional teams through the product development lifecycle including ideation design development testing and launch.
6. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements address technical challenges and ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in product management product development or related roles.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data extract insights and make datadriven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
6. Knowledge of product management methodologies agile development practices and product lifecycle management.
