Job Description
- Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on opening and developing new markets.
- Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.
- Act as key advisor to the company on market, analyse sales data for insights, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the marketing department to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to senior management, offering insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for comprehensive data management and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in team performance.
- Travel as necessary to meet with partners, clients, and explore regional market opportunities, contributing to the company's broader expansion initiatives.
