Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the pest control industry, including property managers, facility managers, and homeowners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and support the acquisition of new clients.
