Steward

• Cleans all the restaurant premises and keeps it perfectly dirt free at all times
• Responsible for the tidiness and proper keeping of all sections
• Secures the availability of all needed material and supplies required to perform assigned duties properly, on a daily basis
• Wipes floors and walls, cleans all types of work surfaces and maintains proper and organized spaces and areas
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
• To move, stack, carry, load and unload equipment, food stuff and other articles
• Garbage removal from all assigned areas according to company policies
• Follow safe work practices
• To have a well-groomed appearance at all times and to have a pleasant smiling attitude towards all guests
• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and related service ware following established procedures

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or in a service-related industry is preferred but not essential.
• Good communications skills in English
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics
• Cooperative and self-giving team player
• Polite and hygiene oriented
