Job Description

Bayt Recruitment are proud to present on behalf of our client the above role for a Sales Manager

Our client are only looking for EXPERIENCED Real Estate Agents who either have experience in a Real Estate Agency or Real Estate Developer in Dubai with a minimum of 1 Years experience

Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of incoming requests from the companys channels
  • Generating potential leads partnerships other relevant connections through online & offline network
  • Fine tuning the main product pitch and providing relevant feedback for the creative department
  • Developing leads through various sales strategies. KYC process and formation of tailored commercial solutions for the clients
  • Implementation of the sales plan
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations & contract discussions with clients managing the timely payments
  • Clear and concise reporting highlighting the monthly results areas of growth and anything else you find worthy telling.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales mandatory.
  • English native Arabic would be advantageous (not obligatory)
  • Selling and mild persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE key players dynamics trends & understanding of the legal aspects of transactions
  • Sharp communication organizational and management skills
  • Selfconfidence proactiveness decisiveness commitment
  • Understanding design and/or marketing would be advantageous (not obligatory we will teach you everything)
  • Have a sense of humor & love for life.
