- Deals with correspondence and phone calls.
- Manages schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, ensuring that no conflicts exist.
- Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation.
- Providing general administrative support including but not limited to photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail, etc.
- Keeps track and sets reminders to the Line Manager, or other management staff, of important tasks and deadlines.
- Delivers quality typing, compiling and reports preparation, presentations and correspondence.
- Manages databases and filing systems
- Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients
- Prepares doents for signature- double checking on the information
- Provides administrative support to the Team
- Keeps abreast of professional developments, new IT techniques through continued professional growth
- Undertake additional responsibility as required
Background & Experience(years)
- Available for UAE Nationals Only
- Education : Highschool/ Diploma- Fresh Graduates preferred.
- Able to adapt in a fast pace and multi cultural environment
- Good communication ss
- Computer and typing ss including MS Office applications(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
