Production Manager

Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a leading provider of aluminium and steel construction solutions in the Middle East. They specialise in structural fabrication and construction with a strong presence in the region. Our client is looking for a Production Manager who will manage and lead the entire production team including assigning tasks providing coaching and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Other Responsibilities are

Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules considering material availability resource allocation and lead times.

Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process from raw material procurement and inventory control to final product inspection and shipping.

Implement and enforce strict adherence to quality control procedures and specifications throughout production.

Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement production efficiency and cost optimization.

Analyse production data to identify trends address bottlenecks and ensure smooth operation.

Maintain accurate production records and reports including production volume quality control data and machine performance metrics.

Collaborate effectively with engineering sales and procurement departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Manage and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company safety protocols and regulations.

Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating production teams to achieve targets.

Indepth knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices in aluminium and glass manufacturing.

Experience with project management and scheduling is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strong asset.

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
