Role description > Looking for a senior management consultant (Engagement Manager level at McKinsey and Project Leader level at BCG) with extensive experience in eCommerce preferably in grocery sector. This role will be based out of Abu Dhabi. Duration for the engagement is two months with a potential to be extended

Key Responsabilities > Project Management: The consultant will be responsible for the overall success of client engagement from daytoday execution to delivering impactful results. This includes managing a team of consultants ensuring project timelines are met and overseeing the quality of deliverables; Client Relationship: The consultant will be the primary point of contact for the client in daytoday operations acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the client satisfaction throughout the project; Problem Solving Guidance: The consultant will work collaboratively with the client and the project team to identify their key challenges design solutions and oversee their implementation to achieve lasting performance improvements; Communications: Being able to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences from technical experts to senior executives is essential for success in this role

Requirements 710 years of experience in management consulting preferably at leading consulting firm (i.e. McKinsey BCG Bain Kearney) with a focus on ecommerce; Handson operational experience at a grocery retailer and/or in a leading online retailer is not mandatory but preferred; MBA or other graduate level degree preferred but not required; Excellent project management and implementation skills; Industry knowledge of grocery retailing and ecommerce is highly required; Experience in UAE retail and/or ecommerce sector is essential
