Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attends and records customer requests.
  • Establishes new and maintains existing relationships with customers and agents.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email telephone.
  • Supports the Sales Manager with quotations and contracts.
  • Keeps constantly apprised of the economic / business situations within the MENA region.
  • Market studies and business cases to measure potential & development.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact details.
  • Market research on competitors
  • Assists in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances with customers.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a sales assistant
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Driver license
  • Computer skills MS Office applications and General ERP understanding
  • Age between 25 40
  • Native in spoken and written Arabic
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Developing good relationships getting along with people and putting them at ease
  • Customer awareness exemplifying excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal relations recognizing the people aspect of issues and the need for positive relationships produced through proper interaction with others
  • Organizing/planning ability problem solving and time management skills
  • Attention to detail accuracy in work controlling/eliminating errors and showing concern for all areas of a task
  • Analytical skills collecting comparing and relating data from different sources identifying issues and anticipating problems
  • Integrity Sales Engineer can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner
  • Computer skills using appropriate programs like Microsoft office applications and ERP system ranging from data entry to systems analysis.
  • Team skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative
  • environment working independently as well as working in a team
  • Written skills conveying information accurately in an appropriate written format and able to expressing oneself effectively and professional in writing
