Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data including employee demographics performance metrics and compensation information.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Prepare and generate reports on various HR metrics such as turnover rates absenteeism and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures by providing datadriven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with the administration of employee surveys including distributing surveys collecting responses and analyzing results.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and programs.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the continuous improvement of HR functions.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for HR meetings and executive reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings organizing files and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
