• Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes for adhoc / spot / walk in customers and enquiries in the miscellaneous / noncontract category jobs.
• Contacting customers / potential customers over calls, emails, making required follow ups and if required, meeting even in person.
• Handling and resolving client queries and closing the sales, issue of PO’s from clients as per TUVR Terms and conditions.
• Making timely updates and data recording in CRM tools, i.e. sales force etc.
• Converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics and follow the process to a closure, ensuring that the customer has a good experience and satisfaction.
• Pre-qualification and complete registrations with new client’s for all related services we can offer.
• Liaise with management about sales activities, sales forecasts, and reports.
