Job Description
Creating and carrying out a number of initiatives that help the establishment realize its goals of empowering women to lead in the workforce giving them access to resources skills and abilities that will help them play a more significant role in realizing the goals of the Dubai Women Establishment and the governments vision directions and plans. Additionally helps in the completion of a variety of projects by offering resources and creating important reports that guarantee deadlines quality standards staying within or below the budget and practicing to professional norms for carrying out projects and management.
- Create internal strategies that promote the values of teamwork allocated responsibilities and ongoing education to guarantee the production of the best possible work.
- Participate in project management by tracking precise progress offering thorough administrative support and coordinating project operations alongside with relevant divisions to help with project planning and implementation.
- Conduct a complete risk evaluation to identify potential variables that can affect project deadlines and goals. Create and execute strategies for reducing risks.
- Manage administrative tasks like planning reporting budgeting delivering services evaluating and ongoing enhancement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration
Certified Project Management (CPM)
professional certificate in project management. (PMP)
professional certificate in health and safety
