About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM Unifier Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in configuring administering and supporting our Oracle Primavera Unifier system. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into effective Unifier solutions ensuring optimal efficiency in our Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering and analyzing business requirements for PLM processes and systems. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical configurations for Unifier.
  • Leverage your expertise in Unifier to configure workflows business processes user roles and data structures. Ensure seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive PLM system documentation including design documents configuration guides user manuals and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing administration and support for Unifier encompassing user management security configurations system upgrades patches and performance tuning.
  • Proactively troubleshoot Unifier functionality and collaborate with technical teams vendors and Oracle support to resolve complex issues.
  • Design and deliver user training programs to ensure successful adoption of Unifier solutions and provide ongoing guidance to users.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to optimize PLM processes and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Unifier features updates and industry best practices. Evaluate their applicability to our PLM environment and propose strategic recommendations.
  • Foster strong collaboration with crossfunctional teams including IT engineering project management and business stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve successful PLM initiatives.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Certified in Oracle Unifier Product (required)
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis system administration and configuration of PLM systems with a focus on Oracles Primavera Unifier (required)
  • Successful implementation of 3 or more Unifier instances (required)
  • Experience as a Business Analyst for similar CDE (Common Data Environment) implementations (required)
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (required); Masters degree preferred
  • Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Indepth domain knowledge of construction and document management processes (required)
  • Strong technical skills in configuring and administering Unifier including workflows business processes user roles data structures and integrations (required)
  • Proficiency in PLM system administration tasks such as user management security configurations system upgrades patches and performance tuning (required)
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Unifier solutions (required)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels (required)
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (a plus)
  • Oracle Primavera Unifier certification or training is highly desirable

Qualifications: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. Minimum of 2 years of experience administering and utilizing enterprise architecture tools. Proven experience with the LeanIX platform (certification preferred). Certified in TOGAF or a similar enterprise architecture framework. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
