Quality Analyst Testing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and Execute the Functional Testing

Knowledge in automation script using SmartBear Test Complete automation tool.

Work as part of crossfunctional passionate agile project teams.

Developing and supporting frameworks for our test and providing automation expertise to development teams

Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases

Research recommend and implement tools to elevate the maturity of test automation

Proactively bringing defects issues and problems to the attention of the team.

Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the respective project managers and its consolidated periodic status to Management.

Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality

Work closely with the development team business users and Senior Management

Creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional outside of expected functionality workflow. Have the drive to become an expert in:

• Smoke Testing

• Performance testing
  

As part of the release signoff ensure to coordinate with the UX team and report the consolidated feedback / defect list

Adheres to best practices and ensures that quality test testing has conducted efficiently appropriately in specification of all smart services and AI

Complies with Client technology governance standards policies and procedures including Technology Quality Assurance Framework (TQA)

To perform other responsibilities tasks as assigned by respective section head

Requirements

KEY SKILL SET

Thorough understanding of SDLC specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments

Experience in writing executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies including but not limited to

Cucumber Concordion SeleniumFit/FitNesse SoapUI.

Smartbear Test Complete tool experience is recommended

Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes

Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD and BDD

Building test infrastructures using containerization technologies such as Docker and working within continuous delivery Testing enterprise mobile web applications

Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java PHPPython and other languages CTFL ISTQB CSQA or CSTE certified

Ability to initiate and direct quality improvement projects in support of strategic and operational goals.

Excellent communication skills; report writing and group facilitation;presentation and public speaking

excellent skills in highend configured computer.

Main tasks: 1. Follow up on official correspondence and communications received by the Executive Director s Office, which include (letters, e-mails) to ensure that the necessary measures are taken. 2. Preserving correspondence, and official documents within an integrated document preservation system. 3. Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the Authority. 4. Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of the Executive Director. 5. Covering the duties of the Executive Director s secretary during his vacation. 6. Preparing monthly reports related to correspondence to the Executive Director. 7. Managing incoming/ outgoing correspondence from the Office of the Executive Director through the Tarasul system. 8. Follow up co-ordination with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives and instructions of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented. 9. Ensuring that correspondences that do not have a specific end date are not delayed for more than two months. 10. Ensuring that all requirements are provided on time and that their completion is not delayed. 11. Receiving messages (forms, minutes of meetings) that require the approval of the Executive Director and sending them to the concerned authority upon approval. 12. Periodic follow-up and updating of the shared file. 13. Following up on matters related to the Office of the Executive Director and preparing and implementing the tasks assigned to me, including minutes of meetings, PowerPoint presentations
