- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- In-depth understanding of the retail industry (a plus!).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using technology.
- A passion for customer success and a drive to make a positive impact.
