Key Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
Assist clients in evaluating properties by providing detailed information on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood amenities.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, including preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating inspections and appraisals.
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth closing process.
