The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Manager for the Corporate Marketing team at Savills Middle East. In this role you will be responsible for managing our online presence optimising our regional websites for search engines (SEO) executing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and overseeing other digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns as required. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies excellent analytical and reporting skills and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.

The candidate will interact with various service line and country businesses to understand the requirements and challenges experienced with digital channels such as websites portals EDMs digital brochures etc. and deliver viable solutions in coordination with internal and external regional and global teams.

Within the Marketing team the role will work in collaboration with a group of key stakeholders such as corporate and residential marketing PR and content graphic design CRM and social media. It will also extend to supporting digital marketing strategies for commercial projects for exclusive clients when needed.

This role is for someone open minded with an appetite to learn and a has solutiondriven personality.


Key Responsibilities

Website and SEO

  • Oversee the website functionality and performance and maintain website content ensuring relevant and accurate content no broken links etc.
  • Work in close coordination with Savills ME IT & Savills global teams such as EMEA Marketing and center of excellence Data & Insights on website hosting and server management.
  • Ensure we are maximizing all of the available configurations on our property search site by working with the central EMEA marketing team.
  • Explore what keyword searches we need to be appearing in and create landing pages or relevant content to increase our organic positioning for these searches.
  • Develop and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics SEM Rush etc.
  • Ultimately improve the performance of the websites measured via traffic and leads on commercial pages.

Property search

  • Coordinate with the commercial agency team to brief any specific requirements and configurations to the central EMEA marketing team.
  • Gain an indepth understanding of the CRM system in use and how various elements integrate into the website.
  • Train the agency staff to ensure there is always a high standard of property listings displayed on the website.

Digital advertising (SEM/PPC/Paid social)

  • Work with internal and/or external teams to develop effective brand awareness and lead generation campaigns for the business or the clients of Savills as required.
  • Plan execute and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads Meta Instagram.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns including campaign setup copy keyword bidding and budget management.
  • Plan implement and optimise paid social media campaigns develop audience targeting strategies and assist in creating relevant ad copy imagery and video content.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns providing insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI while ensuring alignment with set KPIs.

Email marketing

  • Oversee the creation of all corporate email marketing campaigns following brand guidelines and best practice when it comes to creative and copy.
  • Segment email lists based on contact ownership audience demographics behaviors etc. to ensure targeted messaging and improved campaign performance.
  • Where possible utilise marketing automation tools to set up drip campaigns automated workflows and triggered emails for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Implement strategies to grow the email subscriber base such as website signup forms gated content offers and lead generation campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates unsubscribe rates and email quality score and make datadriven adjustments to improve results.
  • Report on results and use learnings to improve future campaigns.

To achieve the above the candidate must build and foster good relationships and work closely with key stakeholders including general marketing graphic design CRM call center social media & content as well as sales/leasing agents when required to align digital targets and ensure cohesive brand messaging.


Skills Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 years experience covering various digital marketing tasks inhouse or agency side.
  • Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms and willingness to upskill where required
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Moz or similar.
  • Handson experience with Google Ads and other PPC advertising platforms across search engines and social media.
  • Proven track record in developing datadriven campaigns that yield measurable ROI and contribute to longterm brand recognition.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems and HTML/CSS coding for email templates.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to align on digital marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability to mentor junior members and confidently educate those unfamiliar with digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make datadriven decisions.
  • Extremely organised and with an excellent eye for detail to identify and prevent errors.
