We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Tech Sales Executive/Manager to expand our Parking Management Solutions
division. This role is central to driving sales growth in areas including Parking Management Systems Parking Guidance Systems Gate Barriers Unattended Payment Kiosks and related products. The ideal candidate will be performancedriven detailoriented and adept at meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales of Parking Management Solutions including Parking Guidance Systems Gate Barriers and Unattended Payment Kiosks.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the market
and client needs.
Client and Consultant Engagement:
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Secure consultant approvals and manage consultant meetings
effectively.
- Provide detailed and accurate product presentations and proposals.
Attention to Detail and Product Expertise:
- Ensure high accuracy in all salesrelated documents and presentations.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of Parking Management products and
industry trends.
- Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and tailored
solutions.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Keep abreast of market trends competitor activities and potential for
new products and services.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a strong record in achieving sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge of Parking Management Solutions including Parking Guidance Systems Gate Barriers and Unattended Payment
- Kiosks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
