- Foster a collaborative environment with our inside sales team, ensuring they excel in generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales reps.
- Polish and perfect sales presentations crafted by our field sales team, ensuring they're impactful, concise, and persuasive.
- Provide support to the Sales Director across various sales-related tasks as required.
- Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives, ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness.
- Dive deep into sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and fine-tune sales processes for optimal performance.
Requirements- An MBA Or Equivalent Experience Would Be Advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the software sector. Simulation software sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License.- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for adept sales opportunity management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with a knack for coaching others.
- Experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive a team towards shared goals.
