Job Description

  • Lead weekly opportunity reviews, strategically advancing sales opportunities through different stages towards closure.
  • Spearhead the management and monitoring of our sales pipeline, spotting growth opportunities and maintaining a healthy balance across all stages.
  • Harness the power of Salesforce reports and dashboards to scrutinize vital sales metrics, spotting trends, and unlocking insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with our inside sales team, ensuring they excel in generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales reps.
  • Polish and perfect sales presentations crafted by our field sales team, ensuring they're impactful, concise, and persuasive.
  • Provide support to the Sales Director across various sales-related tasks as required.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives, ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness.
  • Dive deep into sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and fine-tune sales processes for optimal performance.

Requirements- An MBA Or Equivalent Experience Would Be Advantageous.

  • A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the software sector. Simulation software sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for adept sales opportunity management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with a knack for coaching others.
  • Experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive a team towards shared goals.
  • Strong prioritization skills, adept time management, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A relentless work ethic and a laser focus on results.
